You will receive an invoice by email after submitting either order form. The itemized invoice will include shipping costs and total payment due. Upon receipt of the invoice please mail a check or money order to finalize your order. Sorry, we can not accept credit cards at this time.

Each book is bound by hand and printed on a per-order basis. Please allow four to six weeks from the receipt of your check or money order for delivery. Please send your check or money order to:

The preferred shipping method is Priority Mail. Standard shipping is 3–9 days in transit. Shipping costs will be calculated according to total order weight and delivery zip code. This amount will be included in your email invoice.
